Franklin Elementary goes from K -6th grade (although they are talking about making it to 8th grade). It is downtown close to Mercy hospital. The school is smaller then some of the schools in Bakersfield but I feel that the kids get better…

I think Franklin Elementary school is one of the best elementries around. My son has gone here for two years and my second son will start in a few months. The teachers seem nice and he has learned a lot. I hear horror stories about other…
